I purchased this headset a while ago and after 2 months the headset speakers broke. You got to be careful to not listen to audio too high or else the speakers break.

From the moment I put these on I could tell this would be an exceptional experience. Plug in the USB dongle and you are ready to go. The RGB lighting is a nice subtle touch on the outside of the headphones. The mic is easily moved out of the way and feels sturdy. You can even detach it if you do not plan to use it which is a nice feature as well. The headphones also swivel so they lay flat on the table when not in use. Right away I noticed the sound quality was outstanding. Voices from other players came through crystal clear and the in game sound effects made me feel like I was truly in the game. There was no noticeable lag form the visual display and the sound I was expecting to hear. These ONLY work on a PC (or Android Phone) they do not work on consoles like Xbox or PlayStation). I wish they did work on cross platforms but it is still nice for my gaming experiences on my laptop. I also wish they had bluetooth connectivity as an option. I do not have a lot of ports on my laptop so this takes up one more when I am limited to begin with. These are extremely comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. You may even forget you have them on.

I loved the lights on this headset and the look of it overall, but that's the only thing it has going for it. I would charge it ALL day and play games for an hour and it'd give me a 25% charge warning. It would having a constant thumping noise if I used it while it was plugged in - which was all the time since it didn't hold a charge. It was a fine headset, but absolutely not worth it. Returned it very shortly after purchase.

These are great for working from home. The mic boom is convenient for mute/unmute.

It's ok, but not there are definitly better head sets out there. It hurts my ears, like theres to much pressure on them.

The Syn Pro Air is by far the best wireless headset we have ever owned. Wireless headsets tend to be more work than they are worth, often losing sync with the game or dying at the most inconvenient times. These headphones are truly an exception. The battery life is incomparable, my son is able to play from the time he wakes up until he goes to bed without needing a charge. The 3D audio is perfect for FPS gaming and makes you feel as though you are in the game with sound surrounding you. The microphone is detachable which is nice when the headset is used to watch videos and communicating isn't necessary. This headset also has some of the most comfortable ear pieces ever - it can actually be worn as long as the battery lasts without getting uncomfortable and hot as most headsets do. These are a definite must for serious gamers.

Microphone side channel is excellent on this unit and the over ear comfort provides hours of use without fatigue. Roccat software provides fun customization as well! Sound for gaming is clear and robust.

The sound and build quality of this product are great. Unfortunately, I owned this product 2 different times and had to return them both for the same reason. After a few months, the headset would randomly disconnect, then it would take roughly a minute, or it wouldn't reconnect at all until I powered it off and then on again.

I really like this headset, and think it'll be a pretty good addition for my gaming PC. I really don't like the quality and the cheap plastic material is made of, plus I really don't like the cushions around your ears. It's made of a rough material, that when you move it around and may have sensitive ears, it will be a little bit uncomfortable. Other than that, the sound is great, I love the way that you can adjust with the 3D sound, and you can even hear the footsteps really loud on call of duty. I really like the color patterns on the side of the headphones, which I think is really cool. I would definitely recommend this to any one who has a PC, I just think the price may be a little bit too high, but other than that, they're pretty cool.

I wear glasses to use the computer so I have been restricted to ear buds or other in-ear headphones for gaming. I was able to use this headset in conjunction with my glasses for an hour without any discomfort. The warranty cushions are supremely soft and allowed the mild resistance of the frames to move them. The audio is okay. It isn’t bad and I was mainly disappointed with the lower frequencies. You won’t get any awesome bass tones with this headset when listening to music, but it’s good enough for gaming. The low end is so bad though you can’t hear footsteps in game, which I thought was the point of the Superhuman Hearing. I couldn’t figure out if that was automatically on or if I had to change it somewhere. There is no driver software for sound control. The mic is standard for most headset audio mics. It sounds tinny and picks up echoes easily. The headset plays back mic audio into the earphones so you can hear yourself, but then you also hear every sound in the house. Every mouse click, every button press becomes amplified which I found annoying. I primarily stick to a separate mic for voice input. The boom mic only mounts to the left side of the headset. The LED’s are there, but shiny dimly through the earpiece and escape out the sides showing the infrastructure on the casing. They seem like an unnecessary afterthought, a whistle or a bell trying to spruce the headset up, but you can’t even see them without taking it off so what’s the point? Overall, it’s a “meh” for me. The wireless and comfort are good, but the audio is lacking and since it’s a headset that’s all you need it for.
