Enjoy some good tunes from the 80's, but the storyline is a little simple and a little exaggerated at times. The acting would be OK, if it weren't for the exaggerated plot elements.

Wasnt aware that it was a musical but with good friends together watching it, we all had a good time. Lots of 80's rock songs to kind of sing along to-or-make fun of.

I love that Hollywood is bringing back musical movies, but this one should never have been conceived. Think Rocky Horror Picture Show without the following, crossed with Mama Mia. I actually liked both of those movies for different reasons, but this movie was vile and plotless. It felt like the story was built to fit between pre-chosen songs vs songs being written to compliment the story. And Mr. Cruise, put your shirt back on!!!! You're too old to be so exposed. YEUCH!!!
