It's a solution....just not a good one

If you turn on the primary TV set it to the cable, then turn on the second TV then the second TV will get reception. If the primary TV is set to the DVD player, then the second TV can't find a signal. Like I said, if you do everything in a specific order it works, it just doesn't work $80 worth.
