    Im using this cable to connect my direct tv box in a room other than the original install location (greater distance). it served the purpose but it does not offer an increase or decrease in the overall quality of my devices.

    I only needed a short cable. Bought the shortest one available at Best Buy and it was $20. I needed a $5 or $10 size. Not even using it now. It works. Just alot of bulk since it's much longer than what I needed.

    It is what it is and does what it's suppose to. I must say that there are cheaper alternatives online even at Best Buy.com but I was in a pinch and needed a cable ASAP and this was the most reasonably priced in store.
