Excellent with 1 inexcusable flaw

TV screen had a serious flaw and BB cust svc immediately arranged an exchange...….all good so far. BUT when I wanted to speak to someone at the store I couldn't get a human - only robotic voices so I was extremely put off . However your people save you (once I get to speak to someone).
