Nice unit, powerful enough for properly charing an iPad. Coiled cable is great.

I like the idea of a charger that will charge my phone faster, so I paid a few extra bucks. Only problem is that the unit will not stay plugged in to my iPhone 4 if I have the case on it. Ooops! It's not likely I'm going to take the case off every time I charge the phone. Needs a quick redesign!

the first one I got didn't stay plugged in at all, I had to hold it to charge. I returned it, and the second one is much better, but it does lose connection to the phone occassionally. Maybe an Apple product would work better.

WAS the best charger I ever bought! loved the idea of a faster charge and the addtional port. When I plugged it in it bleeps to let me know it has started charging...but then bleeps again to let me know it has disconnected. As a utility worker traveling in my truck all day, all I had to look forward to was listening to my phone beeping on and off instead of charging! Did not charge my iPhone. I have tried plugging it in numerous times. Problem still there. Never had this issue with my Apple car charger...straight up garbage! For the high price I paid it should have lasted more that a couple of months!

I bought three of these and of ALL THREE, NOT A SINGLE ONE WORKED. Called Rocketfish to see if these have a high failure rate and was told that they have no prior problems with this model. CS at RF didn't much care to hear my complaint, they just told me to take them back where I bought them. Decided to do some research on my own and found that these chargers (RF-PA455) have a HIGH FAILURE RATE. Many fail immediately out of the box, and others will work a short while and then fail. Unfortunate... I have usually found Rocketfish to be a fairly reliable brand and own several RF products. I will return these to Bestbuy, get a refund, and will find another brand to buy. I will also look to other brands for future accessory purchases due to customer service, or lack thereof, at Rocketfish.

I just got my second one for Christmas after I only had the first one for 6 months. The second one has now quit working. It plugs into my car adapter and the light comes on, but then you plug it inot my phone and nothing! Both of them have done this to me.

This is supposed to work with the iPhone, but it didn't fit. I never could get it to make a connection, no matter what I did. I had to return it, and for half the price I got the plug that turns my cigarette lighter into a USB plug...and then I just use my standard iPhone cord. Don't buy this.....

The charge is fine, but the plug is larger than standard so has a problem with most cases.

Had to return product. It did not charge iphone as stated on package. Liked that charger had a usb outlet and additional plug in area.

This product does not stay locked into iPhone. It continuously comes dettached from phone and has to be plugged back in.

Junk, do not purchase, it disintegrated into 4 pieces within 10 minutes of use
