I bought this with the apple Smart Cover. The mini Smart Cover's magnets were too weak (compared to the full size one, which worked great). I wouldn't ever use this case without anything for the screen

Wished they made the same cover for the mini they made for the full size, this product is hard to hang on to, I would not recommend

A protective case should chip when you drop it, but this one did....whatever material they use to make it was the wrong choice

This is a shell that does not quite fit on the ipad air as you'd hope. There is always one corner that comes up. I would not recommend.

Can't even remember it. Put it on my iPad and took it right off.

I definitely recommend this hard case. It fits very well and it looks really nice to see the iPad mini back and excellent protection for the iPad mini. I really like this case better than the Belkin I have for my regular iPad.

Great protection for your iPad! It's a durable material, grips the iPad securely and looks good.

I do not like cases, this is the best one I could find. It does not take away from the design of the iPad, and it doesn't add a bunch of bulk to the iPad.

Rocketfish, Thank you for designing the most obviously needed accessoriy for this iPad Mini! A hard shelled back panel that's compatible with the Apple smart cover. Its Perfect. Excellent craftsmanship. I can see the Apple logo. There's nothing else to say.

I love this cover. I wanted a cover that protected the back from everyday use but wasn't bulky as I carry my iPad as my travel computer, planner, and for business use.

Lightweight protective hardshell case. Easy to snap on. Good fit.

I had this for about a week and took it back yesterday. The fit and finish was perfect - Rocketfish obviously puts out a high quality product! I just couldn't get use to how smooth this back cover was and I always felt I was going to drop my brand new iPad mini...not good. I have a similar back cover from Belkin for my iPad 2, so I jumped at this one. My Belkin isn't nearly as clear as this Rocketfish, but Belkin's finish is has a gel feel that adds some grip and peace of mind. I can always hang on to that cover and it looks great as well...just not slippery. Took this Rocketfish back and got a portfolio cover from Belkin. Between the cost of the Rocketfish and the real Apple Smart Cover (which I hated and returned as well), I was $60 into covers. The Belkin portfolio looks better, feels better, looks professional, and offers much more protection for 40 bucks. Did exactly the same for my wife's iPad Mini and she picked up the purple Verve version of Belkin's portfolios. Both of us are much happier. BTW, don't buy the cheapo $15 no name portfolios online - NOT worth a dime!

I have looked for a smartcase for the mini to match the one I have on my third generation iPad. There are none available, so I have had to go with a second choice. It has been difficult to find a cover that fits all my requirements. This cover along with the smart cover has been the best choice so far.

I am so glad I got the case. I have already dropped my mini several times and the case has kept any damage from happening. Great investment for the mini.

Keeps iPad screen protected very well. Never falls off and is sleek and clean looking. Recommended it to my friend and that person likes it a lot!

I like the easy of putting on the back protector and hoe the cover just attaches on it easily
