They also function on other games as well if you don't have the joy con straps for other controllers

The kids feel like they're driving a car & it saves me from taking them to an arcade (not that there's many of those still around). I do they they could be just a bit bigger for adult hands, but that's about my only complaint here. Otherwise, they're a pretty solid item.
