only 1 of the 2 wheels works

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.only one of the two wheels allows the controller to press the L/R buttons, the other sets too low to press the buttons, and when lifter by pacing a cardboard spacer behind the Joycon controller, the L/R buttons have to be pressed very hard to allow the to reach the button on the controller.
