Did not work at all

After 2 separate attempts trying to get it to work (actually transferring the picture on his phone to the television), he decided to return it. Would not recommend this product

Hit or miss on adapters matching up with outlets.

Not all devices are compatible. You must go to a lengthy website and look up your device. Then there is HDMI cable running across your floor to trip over. Chromecast is a better option for the money and practically.

Not compatible with my phone

I unfortunately can't bring it back to store for a refund. Time expired for returning item. I'm pretty much stuck with a item I can't use. Still brand new, never used. Any suggestions?
