Lousy product, mediocre return experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this case because it was on sale and did not add a lot of bulk to the phone, very thin and minimal. It also felt good in your hands. Well, after three days it had permanent brown stains all over the edges. I know white cases show dirt, but these stains wouldn't come off! I tried dish soap. I tried laundry detergent. I tried scrubbing with bleach. Why would they make a case that shows stains so easily? Terrible! Also, I took it back within the return period. The sales associate would not give me a refund, even with receipt, saying the item had to be in original condition. I was able to exchange it for a different case, but come on, Best Buy! Stand by your products. Mediocre return experience and a lousy product.
