Definitely easier and less stressful to use than regular batteries, just plug and play and the charge last long!

It's really hard to find a decent 10ft microUSB charging cable at this price, just kind of a bonus that it comes with what is essentially a free battery!! {the battery also works great, I'm getting a good amount of play time between charges in my controller}

I purchased these for a gift for my son. Was way easier and faster than going into to actual store during the pandemic. I was able to get this on sale as an open box. Worked well with the wireless remote for Xbox one controller. Save money on battery purchase

The only thing Id change about this product is the fact that there is no compatible charging cable for my Xbox Series S controller. Other than that it works great! I can play for hours on end without worrying about having to charge my controller! Also, you CAN use whatever port on your controller to charge, MicroUSB cable is useless.

If you're in the need for a rechargeable battery it does the job for a fair price, I got it on sale for $11.99. The main pro is that the battery is charged through the controller itself, so need to lose the original battery door. Battery life is pretty good overall for the short time I've used it. The only complaint I have is the battery indicator is a bit wonky. When plugged in and charging the battery indicator on the Xbox doesn't show the progress, unlike the first party Microsoft battery pack. Also the battery indicator on screen never shows a full charge for this brand of battery pack, even after you've charged it for the allotted time. TLDR: Good battery pack if you're in a pinch. Would still recommend, just not over the Xbox official battery pack if given the choice.
