Only goes in one way so keep trying, it will fit. Now if I could only get my wife and kids to plug the controller in after use.

I have to pop it into my xbox charge to charge. However, other then that it's does what it's suppose to do.

Have them in all controllers and get a good 25-30hrs of games play ! Love them.
