Great finding a tip to fit into my computer. My old power cord would no longer fully charge my computer. With the right tip from the tips included, I haven't had anymore problems!

After my puppy chewed my original plug, I was not sure what to do!! Stopped by Best Buy and they set me up with a new plug in that had lots of adapters and just the one I needed!!

The home and home office shop at HP sent me an adapter that was supposed to be the direct replacement for the charger I lost. I called and confirmed the correct model number. They sent a charger that the computer said was under-powered. After two hours of phone tag with those knuckleheads, I got in the car, walked into Best Buys and asked the techs who pulled it down from behind the shelf like they were waiting for me. 15 minutes drive and 2 minutes in the store beats 3 phone hours and 3 days shipping!!

Glad I purchased this power adapter was purchased for a Toshiba laptop which is 5 years old and in constant use each and everyday by a die hard facebook and Oovoo teenage user.

Worked well. Easy to fit and easy to use. The hardest part was taking the packaging apart! The first part I pulled out that plugs in to the computer, fit! Nothing easier!!

We bought the AC adapter because our charger stopped working. It works well for the most part with the exception of sometimes it slips out of the connection hole. But it does the job!
