Staff acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me a little yellow purchase card I did not want - cash is what I paid and expected back Kicker is that the computer had spent the better part in and out of BB trying to get to work. The conclusion is that BB tech determined that they would have to send it off for evaluation as how to repair. I took my unhappy laptop back home. Looking for a local shop to fix. Forget BB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone need a yellow BB purchase card? Not a happy camper.
