I got this because my wife asked me. I would have rather bought an AC adapter off the internet.

Average - but nice length.. A bit pricey for a replacement cord.

Needed a power adapter for my laptop when I was on the road for business. The help I received at the store and the ease of use once I got back to my room was the best. unit was plug and play and I did not experience any down time as a result. Quality was better than expected and I am extremely pleased with the product

Geek Squad tech was so nice! He checked to see if the laptop would charge with their test equipment before I purchased. He went to the shelves, got one and made sure I knew the correct tip to use. Very, very pleased with service. He warned me to be very careful in moving the computer as the tips are not as sturdy as original equipment.

Having the different attachments for other devices is great.

When our laptop power adaptor broke, I was afraid I was going to have to buy a whole new laptop. Fortunately the guy at Best Buy recommended this adaptor and it works perfectly. It comes with several different "tips" to fit almost any laptop, so I can continue to use it even when I buy a new one.

At a conference, my power supply slipped out of my bag. Needing my laptop for an all day presentation, i had to have a new power supply immediately for my Dell laptop. Found a local Best Buy, was pointed to the right product and I was able to literally plug in and start using.

It's awesome because it works with so many models and it seems of decent quality. But if I had the time and with a few bux more I could have bought an original adapter. Also I don't like how fragile the "tip" system feels, which are what the multiple connections are called. So I just take care when using it.

I was in a bind - travelling without my charger. I purchased this at my local Best Buy. I thought the price was kind of high, and if I had not been in a bind, I would have ordered it elsewhere. However the product itself worked several of my devices and I will permanently keep this in my travel bag.

I bought this because it was on sale. It works perfectly fine. The only drawback is that the cord glows with cascading light when charging. This is annoying because I plug my phone in to charge while watching a movie or something. The glowing is distracting. Kids might love it though because of the lights.

I needed a power line for my computer asap. I found this one at Best Buy and was able to get right back to work. It's cost effective and since I work with three different computers I only have to use one power cord for all three to charge the batteries.
