I was traveling when my power cord quit working. The Best Buy rep was helpful in selecting a replacement. There were a number of attachments but the instructions were clear. It is more portable (weight/size) than the previous cord and works perfectly.

Had to buy because the old adaptor broke. I was on vacation and had to have the use of my computer. Would have looked around more if I had time but was in a hurry and this is the one that the sales person at Best Buy recommended. Will take my time on the next purxhase at Best Buy.

This is a really good product that fits with almost all brands of laptops. It's also very light wight . I will always recommend for this products to my friends. Only two things can make it the best one : 1) Long power chord 2) Universal plug adpater

Its a great product that I use to charge my laptop as well as others' in my family (even though we all use different brands). This charger is extremely useful, and though I wish the price was a bit lower it was totally and completely worth it.

I needed a charge cord for my Acer laptop. This cord worked fine, but it comes with multiple sizes of plug ends. You end up paying a lot more for all these ends, which is not worth it if you only need one size. It's a great buy if you need to use it on more than one item.

My old power pack was tripping the breaker when I plugged it in. So I headed off to Best Buy to get a replacement. A helpful employee, who happened to be Navy Veteran, helped me choose a replacement. It was easy to figure out which plug to use and where to stick it.

The charge length is pretty good. The charger gets scratches easily and gets really hot. The cord length is good. I would really recommend to try another charger.

Other then being a bit expensive which is probably a function of the lack of market competition but if you have a laptop that is missing its power adapter then this is going to get you back in the game.

This worked well and tested it on my bench for stability and clean power delivery. I saw no ripple or fluctuation. This will supply ample power for a replacement power supply and was less expensive than buying from the manufacturer.

purchasing this item made my computer run so much better The store employee helped me diagnose the problem quickly and provided me with just what I needed. Thought it was a little unnecessary to get all ends for different models.

I would never have made it through the weekend with my limited battery capacity and a lost PS! I had to run to BB and they were extremely helpful and I was out the door, charging my CPU, and continuing my pile of work. Great product!

Although it works fine, my Satellite P875-S7102 Toshiba model was not listed on the chart for coosing the right pin. The suggestion by Best Buy to use the pin simply designated by "Toshiba" didn't fit at all. Fortunately I simply guessed and it worked.

I've had to replace two OEM chargers for my Dell laptop. Both times I've bought this charger while waiting for warranty to send the replacement charger to come in. Hated spending $60 for it, but its worked while I had to wait.

This is a great replacement or backup charger. The removable heads provide the ability to charge several different types of PC's. By simply swapping the heads out, I can go from charging my Asus Notebook to my HP work laptop.

I was in need of a plug for my laptop cause apparently puppies love to chew things their not suppose to, so I rush to my nearest BestBuy, like always conviniently located and opened late I got the plug and got back to work.

This product worked out of the box with absolutely no problems whatsoever. Quality is great, price is great, and the convenience of a short drive to my local Best Buy to replace a missing charger can't be beat.

The hp cord I had was awful. It was always falling out and then started to not charge anymore. I'm so happy I went with this after market cord instead of another hp. It's simple and easy to use, and it works great!

This is my second Rocketfish adapter. This is used as a secondary cord for a business Samsung laptop. Had to buy a new one when switching from an older Toshiba and the kit did not have the right Samsung tip.

RocketFish has a nice adapter setup. However, it needs a flat strap or something to keep tension on the connection. Also, a zip up or plastic closable container to keep all unused port adapters with the unit's cord would be a godsend.

Needed the charger for our laptop and having just packed up to move our house it had gotten packed away and it's location wasn't known. Bought this set and it's come in handy for other electronics as well.
