I was promised this would fit my computer and well it does but I have to be really careful with it or the plug falls out and my battery is toast so it just shuts off. I have to save documents often if I don't want to loose things. If my dog steps on the cord or I try to readjust the position of my laptop i have to hold the plug in place. I don't have to sit perfectly still but it is nothing like the way the original plug fit not at all. It will work until I am ready for a new device though I only need it to last me about 6 months

Bought as a replacement for my HP laptop after I caught the cord of the original in the recliner. I was worried because of the odd plug, but with all the tips included I quicklly found the right one.

All in all a good replacement. I'm never going to use all of the extra connectors that came in the package... A little on the pricey side, but at least the adapter works again...

This charger works perfectly for my HP laptop. It was a bit overpriced I think, but I suppose it was worth it. This is far superior than a charger I bought off ebay, as the ebay charger gets super hot, and this one does not.

my regular charger died for my laptop and i had to go buy a new charger went to best buy and they didnt have 1 charger ...only kits, which contained other plugs for other items so in total it was 74.00

This product allowed my daughter to get an old but still functional laptop working for her school projects. I think the item is pricey but loads cheaper than lashing out the money for a new battery or worse, a new computer.

Product was of good quality. connection to charging point was solid. however, the shipping was terrible.

The original battery charger for my laptop quit working after 3 yrs. Bought this generic brand and it works just as well as the original. Had several "tips" and was compatible with my laptop.

Needed a new wall charger, picked this up at Best Buy, took it home and while the plug the box stated should work, it did not fit. Thankfully, there was another within the package that did fit, and works perfectly.

I have a Dell laptop that's a few years old, and the wall charger needed replacement. I went to Fry's and bought their universal charger, and it did not work; so I returned it and went to Best Buy - and it works!

Tbe universal cbarger works great. Each tip is for different companies and tbey are all labeled with numbers that have a matching device. The tips all lock in tight and charge rate is optimal. Downside is the price.

the power cord is sufficient, however, Best Buy only carried the universal type with all of it's fittings. This probably increases the price I had to pay if I could have gotten the specific cord for my laptop

It does what it is supposed to, but with so many adaptor tips, it seems a bit excessive for the price when you only have one laptop. However, if your laptop charger does fail, this one will certainly replace it.

The coding written on the packaging didn't correlate with the brand of my computer so I had to try multiple tips to find the right one. It fills its purpose but now I have all these spare pieces laying around.

I repair different computer on a regular basis now people can leave their chargers home and things are more neat in my work area..

This item works well with my RoG Asus laptop. Though not as powerful as the original charger, it easily handles the tasks but in front of it. Would definitely recommend this product.

went to best buy, replaced power cord with this new one. works great! ...............................................................................................................

There's not much to say about this product. If you trip over a power cord and break it, you must replace it with something. This was the option available when we went to the store.

This charger is a great quality product because it is an all in one. At first I wasn't too sure about it because it is a generic product but it is great. I use it several hours a day and it is great.

love the variety i am given; allows me to use on different computers--everyone has a different computer in my household! makes it easy to charge any computer without much hassle!
