Purchased for the purpose of charging my laptop, as the old plug seemed to have stopped working bonus is having extra tips to plug in the kids laptops when they come to visit.

had to get a replacement after 3 years. Which was not the problem, it was replaced for free as stated in the Warranty. the only issue was with Best Buy, not the product. I went to Best Buy to purchase a new charger, they told me it was under warranty (bonus for BB). they then told me I needed to contact Rocketfish in order to get a new one. Went home to call Rocketfish, they told me I needed to go to BB to get a new one, back to BB. After some confusion by BB staff I got a replacement. the product works fine.

Great item. Worked for my laptop after I had purchased another adapter with several tips that should have worked on my laptop, but did not. Good quality.

Has plenty of power to run my power-hungry laptop. I would have thought that Rocketfish would have included a USB charge port on the brick like they did on earlier models.

The power cord that came with my computer failed. Luckily, this item was available. I have had no problems with my battery since buying this item.

There are several adapters to fit several different types of laptops. The problem comes when you pick yours it doesn't fit exactly like it should; although it does work.

Good charger for phone. Wish I had bought the next model up so phone would charge faster. The cord could be a little longer, can not talk on phone while it is charging

The adaptor is not snug so if I move my laptop, it temporarily is not connected then I jiggle the adaptor and it connects again.

While using the card on a trip to take photographs and film, I had no worry of running out of space for storage of my photographs taken nor film.

The cord is l-shaped at the plug which help prevents excessive wear on the cord. I appreciate that!

This is an excellent product which is compact and easily transportable. The additional Velcro strips helps to protect the wires from being damaged.

It did the trick after my charger was lost and I didn't have to go through the manufacturer and wait 4-6 weeks (and probably pay and arm and a leg)

Because it's a universal l adapter it comes with multiple plug ends. Takes too long to find the one you need. Then you have all the others that go to waste for he price.

This is a good replacement adapter/charger, however it is a bit pricey. Also the tips are mislabeled so you will have to experiment to get the right tip for your laptop.

went to the store and picked it up. didnt have to wait for mail...finished work that afternoon on my Laptop! Thanks to Rocketfish and Best Buy!

Good product...Does the job and appears to be a quality product Works great with the HP. Have not tried it with any other connectors or computers

Would recommend this as a replacement for the higher priced chargers. The extra tips are a great idea if you own different brand name laptops.

overall no issues with it. it does exactly what we bought it to do, charge our laptop. the fit isn't 100% perfect but it still works and that's all I care about!

Make sure it charges battery in your laptop. this will keep you from using charge. will not recharge battery in my Dell Vostro.
