Works fine to replace factory cord on compaq laptop. Only negative is the 45 degree angle tips that goes into the laptop that seems like it will get broken quickly.

Great product for convenience and value!! Never have to worry about having the right charger with you. The multiple adaptors are great to have.

The greatest benefit was that I needed the adapter right away and was able to find it in stock without having to place the order online. My greatest disappointment with the adapter is the fact that I cannot get it to stay plugged into the side outlet on my laptop. It continuously comes out and lands in the floor. I spend a large amount of time picking it up and re-plugging it in. I have sometimes found that it isn't plugged in at all and I have drained my laptop power without knowing it.

Works as it should but would be nice to carry chargers for diff laptops. No need for the other adaptors that came with.

The list included was not correct and caused issues. It finally did get straightened out but be aware that the adaptor that is recommended is not always right.

The product is good. It works just like it should, it is more flexible than the Dell charger, which is good when you move around alot.

The adapter that was made for my computer did not fit. I had to try other adapter to find one that would fit my computer. It served its purpose.
