It says universal adapter, but it certainly is not. It does say in the box though that it fits most laptops. Not only the specific plug in head for Toshiba, didn't fit my Toshiba laptop, but when i used another head (designed for HP) it started making this weird electric noises as if my laptop was about to blow up. I am guessing because the heads weren't supposed to be used for different laptops. I am sure it was the adapter, because when i bought a Toshiba adapter, my laptop was fine. And worse of all is the price of it, extremely expensive for a product that doesn't work efficiently. One can easily find a way cheaper adapter through ebay that will fit perfectly with the laptop. Not satisfied at all.

This was an emergency purchase and I believe that we spent much more than we needed to in order to fix the problem of a bad laptop cable. We didn't need to get a universal one; another specific to the PC would have been better and much cheaper.

I am not really thrilled with this product. I didn't need EIGHT adapters for my purposes. I only needed one. Such a waste. Most people do keep their lap tops for three to five years - and a power cord comes with the new device. Then, the one I am using, does not stay in place in the computer port as well as the previous one did --- and the cord comes disconnected from the adapter piece plugged into the computer. VERY frustrating. Not happy at all. I can't recommend it to anyone ----but unfortunatly, what choices do we have when a new power cord is needed???

It works ok with my son's Asus laptop, but it does not grip the power pin in the laptop strong enough to charge the battery unless he employs some gymnastics with the cable.

I bought this to see if any of the tips would fit to recharge my Bose Bluetooth speaker III. It served it's purpose, but I would not recommend this for that use.

Finally found a replacement power adaptor for my Toshiba Laptop and it works but didn't like having to pay so much money for a package of tips I doh't need.

It's nice that this product is available for a variety of devices and that it does the job. A bit pricy, but it does work.

Feel a bit flimsy and fragile. But works and get the job done. Could be cheaper, but it's average price.

I bought this strictly out of necessity. It was hugely overpriced and I dont think its worth that much.

The price for this item exceeds the replacement price of a charger sold by the computer manufacturer.

I bought this because it had 8 different tip choices. It has worked fine for what I needed it for.

Needs to work with every brand on outside of box. Not a bad weight and needs to be a little longer

The salesperson was very helpful to me when I needed to find a connection for my computer.

I just didn't like having to pay over $70 for an adapter with multiple tips I did not need.

I think it is overpriced and the base is too big, and the cord is not long enough.
