My dog chewed the original manufactures charger so I replaced it with this one so that I could use it with multiple computers. This power adapter actually fits better and the power block is smaller than the original. Can't go wrong, highly recommended.

This was so easy to buy. No need to stand and look at box after box for that "correct" charger. Set up was easy. Best Buy clerk was so helpful, and assured me that if it didn't work, I could return it within 30 days with receipt. I don't mind paying the price for a quality part -- and this is a quality part.

When the tip broke off the power cord for my laptop I did not have time to wait 3 days to get a replacement from the maker so this universal cord was exactly what I needed in a pinch. I had no problem with it at all. I did order a much cheaper replacement and will save this for when I have another emergency.

I purchased the adapter approx 3 weeks ago and so far, so good. The last Rocketfish power adapter that I purchased did not last as long as the first one I had, so I was a bit disappointed with that model. Hopefully, that will not be the case with my latest purchase.

I bought this adapter as a replacement when the original died. It worked well for a while then about 2 months ago it started going down hill. The adapter stared by occasionally failing to provide power to my laptop. Over time the failure rate increased an now it will only power on for a couple of seconds at a time, never long enough to provide any kind of charge to the battery. I have been using this adapter for 11 months which means that I only got 9 months of good performance for my $60. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

While traveling, I learned I had left my laptop power supply. The replacement was available at the store and was an HP branded product. I was assured of having the correct product for my notebook.

It is not. I can't verify if the product works or not until I receive the tip from Rocketfish, which does not do you too much good when this is an emergency purchase. I have had great experiences with Rocketfish in the past, so I'm sure that this will get resolved.

I bought this power source to replace the one on my daughters Toshiba Satellite laptop. The adapter fit perfectly and she is surfing the web again!

Instructions are not correct. They do not match the actual product. Buy it only if you can figure things out on your own without following the provided instructions.

These are fairly standard universal power adapters , I like the fact that they have a flat shape so they easily fit in a bag pocket.

Uses a 90 degree connector preventing wire from being bent and eventually breaking. Adapter works on more than one device.
