OK - bought open box with no major issues

A little trial and error and I eventually got it close enough for my taste. Helps that it was for the bedroom TV so it's usually dark in the room when I am using it.

However in the store the employee tried to tell me that I would screw into the back of my sound bar and that wasn't the case at all I actually needed another bracket to mount it that was supposed to come with the sound bar
