Not for heavy speakers

Although these wall mounts are rated for 8 pounds, I do not trust the plastic screw slot to hold that much weight. I am sure these mounts will work great for lighter speakers.

Probably great for most speakers but...

I was however sold these by best buy to go along with my Bose surround sound speakers only to find out that they do not work with them! So don't buy if you intend to mount Bose speakers.
