They are poorly built and have little to no instructions within them. I purchased two of these, one open box and the other new and both looked like they had already been opened and gone through. Returned both within 1 day of purchasing as they did not hold up to my expectations.

It is also supposed to support 8 pounds but it bends dangerously under 5 pounds. We returned this product given the quality was not what we expected.
