Only slightly tilts up and down and the swivel is pointless. What it does not do that should have been the obvious feature is ROTATE. So basically only buy these speakers if you want them directly behind you or above. Very limiting degree of movement and way too expensive for what you get. Would not recommend.

Had to get my own set of bolts and they had to fit into the predetermined slot. They work fine, but do stick out aways from the wall if straight mounting. Get the job done just maybe not the sleekest set out there.
