I hadn't noticed it in the picture and thought it was the same as the previous version. A bit of a downgrade. At least it works and allows 1080P. The previous version I had would only let my OLED do 480P.

It works perfect, just looks stupid. I heard Nintendo stock on the original dock is none existent because they need them for the Switch Pro. This is just holding me over till the Switch Pro.

I use this on a separate monitor while the original Nintendo Dock is connected to the TV. So far no issues and does not brick my Switch. I do like that this dock isn't covering the screen when the Switch is docked.

This works great as a replacement. But, buyers beware of Best Buy services. They sold part of our order out from under us before we could pick up our order on curb side pick up.

Budget dock

Dock functions as expected and decent quality. This dock does have a small humming noise, I don’t know if it is by design or defective. It is only noticeable when room is very quiet and no tv is on. But I have not had any issues since purchased.
