Did have to take the tv down and un screw the mount to insert the soundbar mount easy. If u need tv mounted I can do it for a fee.

Its too bad that it cant stick a lil more in front of the tv for the upward facing speakers, but some of it does. So I'm still generally satisified. Would recommend for advertized purpose! Oh and I made sure to leave this review cause some one said my particular sound bar was too heavy. Appearently not. I had geek squad install it. I would recommend that.
