Easy to setup and works well

Easy to setup. I bought the previous generation of the same equipment about 12 years ago, and it quit about a year ago. This a really long time, as they stay on all the time! It was easy to replace the old boxes. If you have polarized wires, it's a cinch; otherwise, you'll need to mark the wires so as not to get them crossed. The only buttons are the on/off (in both) and a volume in the receiver (where you connect the rear speakers).

Easy set up, easy to hide, no long running wires. Works very well for my rear surrounds, if there is a knock on this product it’s the volume doesn’t go up too high but you can set that in your AVR to higher decibals. Overall does what it intended to do and easy enough for anyone to set up.

This has worked seamlessly, enabling us to have fantastic surround sound without the need to run wires through the ceiling or such. The rear speakers add so much you don’t know what you are missing until you experience it. In our basement media room, we are able to have the rear rocketfish receiver in the utility room which sits behind our sofas — its a perfect set-up.

I have the older version, still works, connected for my surrounds channel from my Denon AVR, and now this newer version for my rear surrounds. Both work without any issues once on. The only "blip" is I have to turn on the older one first, THEN the newer one. But once the system is up and running, I haven't had any interference issues. Not a fan of the "blue" LED light, but nicely tucked out of sight, barely noticeable, more compact than the older model. Good response/signal to my Sony SS-B-3000's

I've been using the old Rocketfish wireless speaker kit from 10 years ago and recently upgraded to this one when the old one started giving out. I've been happy with this one. It was easy to set up - i wish it didn't use the spring-loaded "pinch" speaker connectors because those feel cheap and break easy, but aside from that everything has worked well. Wiring speakers is always better, but if you have to go wireless, this is a solid option.

Works well! No lag and the sound output is good. Also easy to set up. I would recommend to anyone who needs to put small surround speakers in the back of a room and cannot run wires through the wall.

I'm not going to lie. I was not expecting this wireless adapter to work on my all in one home theater set and it does. The convenience of this is for living in an apartment but having no in-wall cable management. I don't have to worry about cables across the room and I don't hear any lag or distortion. You may have to turn the transmitters volume up to its maximum when managing it with your receiver but that's noise an issue for me.

No-frills device that does exactly what I need

This powers rear speakers with no noticeable quality or latency differences. It hides “speaker wire” aka 18AWG 1-pair wires; it’s not Bluetooth or WiFi and hopefully you already knew that. I turn it all the way up and let the signal from my receiver determine the rear volume. It hasn’t once disconnected and does not exhibit any static when there is no signal from the receiver. It’s loud enough but not to the max ability of most bookshelf speakers.

What a great little kit! I wanted wi-fi surround speakers because I didn't want to deal with wires, but I also know the quality isn't the same as wired speakers. THIS little item is the solution! Hooked up my rear speakers to this kit and just ran the speaker wire along the back wall to connect the speakers to the signal receiver. Puuuurrrrfect! Now I have fabulous surround sound without wires running all over my living room!

    Finally Using Rear Speakers

I got this for relatives that have a surround sound system but haven't used their rear speakers. They didn't want to run the wires exposed and they can't run the wires in the walls and ceiling of the house. This finally has allowed them to connect their rear speakers and place them at the back of the room within the constraints of the house they live in.

    Saved a major wiring hassle!

My installer recommended this unit rather than trying to run wires throughout the entire attic. I was sceptical, but gave it a try. So, instead of multiple runs of wire, we have just one straight shot across the ceiling (rear speaker to rear speaker). The fidelity is excellent. The boxes are unobtrusive. And there's no discernable audio lag. A total win. The installers didn't have to crawl all over my hot attic. And I spent $100 to save about $250. Works for me.

I bought this unit to run my surround left & right speakers for my recently upgraded 7.1 speaker configuration. It connects flawlessly and minimizes my need for wires. I have an older version of this unit that runs my back surround speakers and there is no interference in using both units simultaneously. Great option for almost-wireless surround sound.

This is a hidden gem. I have a new Onkyo receiver and Klipsch speakers. I had the rear speakers wired but those wires I could not run under the floor, so luckily I found this gadget. It’s super easy to install, was up and running in maybe 5 minutes. There is no sound delay, sounds seems to be just as good as when they were wired.

Setting up my rear channels, and I didn't have an easy or clean way of getting wires to where the speakers were going to go, so decided to try this out. And it works perfectly. Delay is imperceptible (5-15ms), and after pairing, haven't had any connection issues. One thing to note, when setting up, pay attention to which one is the transmitter and which is the receiver. Easiest way to tell, the receiver has the volume knob on the back.

Great for hooking up My speakers that would have required a massive amount of wire to be snaked through attic to reach them. This took all of 15 minutes to place the receiver and run short spans of wire to speakers. Works well with my Sony 5.2 receiver with Polk satellite speakers. The units can be better made but do the job.

This worked exactly like how it was intended for. I'm using it for my two rear surround speakers and it is about 20 feet away from the transmitter with no issues. Can't tell if there's a delay because if there is, it's very small. Only con i have is that it doesn't have an auto shutoff but there is a power switch for each device.
