Unexpectedly good film. 4k, Blu ray, digital copy pack. Taron Egerton playing Elton John was very fantastic. Lots of ups and downs in the movie in terms of fun and dramatic situations. The dynamic of Elton John and his song writing BFF was great to see. Film contains, classical and rock music, drugs, drama, semi redemption, depression and family issues. Worth watching. Enjoy

Learning the beginnings of Sir Elton John was very enlightening. I've been a fan of his music since 1970. I never knew of his upbringing. After watching this film I'm an even bigger fan than I was before. You definitely need to check it out if you haven't seen it yet.

Director Dexter Fletcher brings the flamboyancy and heart you expect from Elton John to this project. Using his music to bring energy and poignancy to the film, Fletcher turns the stand music biography on its head by turning John's story into a full-blown musical. Taron Egerton is on top form as John and Jamie Bell delivers as songwriter and friend Bernie Taupin. A must see.

I liked the movie, a huge Elton John fan and seen him in concert many, many times. While the movie is technically excellent, the acting is just ok to me.

I think this is a good movie. I think Taron Edgerton's performance as Elton you really believe him. I don't know if the musical aspect works for me. They were trying to tell his story as a musical and I'm not sure it worked for me. This was a birthday gift for my niece and she loved it. The blu-ray looked great I have not seen the 4k blu-ray yet. I would only recommend to big Elton John fans otherwise I think this is a rental for me.

I bought it for my mother in-law knowing how much she loved listening to Elton John. It didn’t even pass through my husband’s mind! Boy, was he jealous he hadn’t thought of it! (I let him say it was from him too cause I’m nice like that. Lol) She loves it and watches it all the time!! She even let me keep the digital copy. Bonus!!

I saw this movie in the theaters before the COVID shutdown, and it is a "captain Fantastic" one-of-a-kind movie! The visuals are great, the cast is awesome, and the music is - sweet! As for this blu-ray/dvd, it arrived on time and in very good condition. I recommend that everyone add this one to their collection!

This film reveals many personal things about Elton which I was not aware of and makes me respect him even more. Taron Egerton received the Golden Globe for his portrayal of Elton (deservedly so), but was snubbed by the Academy. Lots of Elton's music thru out the film as many break into song as his story is told. Lots of extras on blu ray.

If you watched Bohemian Rhapsody you will be disappointed in Rocketman. The music was ok and the costumes were great but, that all folks.

Enjoyed this movie. While I really like Elton John's music, I am not a huge fan of the "musical" format used in this production.

All in all a good movie. It was a musical format though. I would have preferred that it was not and more of a documentary format.

This movie will give you insights into both Elton John's personal life as well as his performances. Well captured video combined with great audio recording. Very enjoyable for the casual Elton John fan (me) and likely even more so for true Elton fans.

After seeing bohemian rhapsody I was pumped for another about Elton. However I was disappointed. Could have been better.

If you like Elton John you will like this film. If you like music you will like this music. Well written, well acted with some very good music. Some great insight on a rock and roll legend. Definite add for your movie collection. Hope you have a good sound system to enhance the viewing.

This film is based on the musical life of Elton John. It speaks of his "addictive" personality and his struggles to find peace and happiness in both his personal life and his career. It features his many amazing hits and costume choices of that era. A must have for any "Rocketman" fan!

Rocketman isn’t quite a documentary but yet tells the story of Elton John’s rise to fame to present day life along with his struggles. I enjoy this movie. It isn’t set 100% in reality, but that’s OK. I love how unapologetic this movie is and how it dives deep into important topics but yet is a fun watch.

It's not Bohemian Rhapsody or Across the Universe (my all-time favorite) but, still a decent flick, plus it's Elton John.

Ordered "Enter the Dragon 40th Anniversary Edition" from the Best Buy site and still can't believe how quickly it arrived. As for the movie. Still as good as I remember. Saw it back in the 80's with some friends. Martial artists and fans of Martial Arts movies should add this to their collection.

So much good to say about this. If you like the music you will enjoy and replay this move. It is easy to gush over this film. So well done I want to thank everyone that made it. The family plays this about 5 times a week and it doesn't get old. I only buy my movies from Best Buy.

Half musical and half biographical. Would like the movie to be more straight forward in regard to the performances.
