Didn’t really like the movie the actors weren’t all that great the music was good though

this movie was much better than I thought it would be. It covered all the things that occurred in Elton's early days and provided the classic songs as the backdrop. It also didn't hurt that Taron Edgerton was spot on as the young Elton.

I knew that Taron Egerton could sing, but my dude crushed it vocally. It doesn't hurt that he is an amazing actor as well. I know the story isn't 100% accurate, because let's face it no movie like this is completely accurate. But the story was fun, crazy, and brought back the classic songs I didn't know I needed. lol

Was hoping for more of a life story than a musical but better than expected for a musical

Nothing good. Music, story acting... poor. Too many good movies to waste time on this

If you like the works of Elton John then this movie is for you. Rocketman doesn't disappoint! Taron Egerton is excellent in the lead role. This movie had me laughing, singing and tearfully rejoicing in this fun and infectious biopic! A must see.

I was disappointed in this movie, I was expecting to be as good as Bohemian Rhapsody.

Wish it had more of his music. They only used partial songs. Not a movie for kids.

This was so worth watching! It was an excellent movie that captured my attention from the beginning! I love stories that make you want to keep watching and waiting to see what happens next! I highly recommend seeing this!

Loved this movie so much. I have been an Elton John fan since 1969. My first date with My boyfriend ( now husband) was to see Elton John at Madison square garden in 1976. Had the time of my life. The movie definitely took me back to that time.

I thought that the start captured Elton to a tee. He was wonderful. I think they made this movie on a budget and could have gone more into his life and more about his music. I recommend this movie based on if you like Elton John you will like this movie. Take the time to view this movie you will enjoy it.

Since Elton John had a part in the production I believe it to be farily true. What a story and what a talent. Gave me greater respect for Elton John. Loved the movie. Watch a couple times. Would recommend watching this movie.

a good story music is not bad good acting I love this actor from the Kingsman

Turns out this is more of a musical with fantastical elements, which, given Elton John as the subject, makes sense. Everything about it - the music, the acting, the writing - is incredible and worth watching repeatedly.

Great Movie, with great music, and actually good action. I've always been an Elton John fan. To be honest, I didn't want to see a lot of men kiss or other scenes. That wasn't a problem. It was tastefully done.

Some movie exec saw 'that movie about that singer' making a ton of $ and thought he could cash in on it. This was the poor attempt. It does have a couple good moments hence the second star but a couple good moments does not make a good movie. Leave this on the shelf and watch Bohemian Rhapsody twice.

I. ADORE. THIS. MOVIE. This was purchased as a 5th friendiversary / Christmas gift for Monica Rial. Her and i ADORE Elton John, and when she saw this film, she thought of me, which is AMAZING. :D

Really cool movie about the life of Elton John. The beginning of the movie was amazing. Very creative start for this movie. Great acting and of course some of the best tunes on the planet.
