This movie was like watching history. It linked all six movies together and told more of the story. It was Dark and heart breaking but it was a envelope of hope delivered to a princess. and it had Darth Vader, that was awesome in itself.

If you have been a fan of the Star Wars universe then this is a must own. Rogue One tells the story of happenings between episode 3 and the very first movie released in the theaters episode 4 A New Hope. This film fills the gap quite well.

I found this vilm extremely enjoyable after being disappointed by Star Wars Ep7: The Force Awakens. This is a completely new tale with complex characters, great action and a few good laughs. I highly recommend it to any Star Wars fan.

I believe that Rogue One is the best Star Wars movie made so far. Great story & lead up to episode 4. It's also the only Star Wars movie where all of the hero's die at the end. Great end battle to get the Death Star plans to Princess Leia.

I thought this was the best of the two recent Star Wars releases. Felicity Jones is a great action actor. The story was great and the ending tied it all together fantastically. Highly recomended even if you have not seen the force awakens.

Worth a blu ray to own. The plot is straight forward and neatly fits before New Hope. The characters are driven by family issues and general evil, like in the best Star Wars movies. Super ending. The action and planet scales are worth HD.

Excellent movie! Love watching this on Blu-ray. Picture quality is awesome. It also has a DVD and a digital copy so I can watch this on my phone with my other films. I haven't watched the DVD version yet but I expect great picture quality.

Great graphics, interesting characters and story line, good explanation of how the Death Star plans got to Princess Leia. Not to be overlooked was the music. A little bit of a downer since it had only a "taste" of the Original sound track.

I bought this Steelbook version solely because of the fact that it's the only one with a 3D version available. It does not disappoint! The 3D version is of exceptional quality with awesome visuals and sound. I would *highly* recommend it!

This movie was amazing. A nice bridge between episodes 3-4, and a better understanding of history leading up to the beginning of episode 4. This is a great movie despite al of the negativity I've seen out there. It is really worth a watch!

Officially my second favorite Star Wars movie, right under Empire of course. This movie adds so much more weight to A New Hope and proves that you don't need to be a Jedi or be part of the Solo/Skywalker clan to be interesting in the SWU.

I'm glad Disney took over this license. Even if you aren't a fan of these newer movies, you have two admit that they are better than the prequel movies. Steel case was a great value, bought the week it came out for the better price point.

such a great blu ray and such a great movie, def feels like a classic star wars and has a war/Vietnam style to the film, love that it didn't focus on the jedi which isn't needed in this film and it works, if u love star wars u will love it

What can you say, it's another chapter of the epic STAR WARS films. Great action, and special effects. The DVD/BLU-Ray worked perfectly and the quality is excellent. If you like STAR WARS, it's not the best, but another good story.

Since I'm really just commenting on the DVD/Blu-Ray combo I purchased, I'll just quickly say about the movie... upon watching it again (the 2nd time), I've concluded that, other than the original (1977), this is the best "Star Wars" movie out there. Regarding this item... meh! Typical overpriced DVD with a bunch of extras that I probably won't watch. I tried getting the steelbook version of this from Best Buy, but it was never even available.

This edition includes the 3D version which in itself is worth the price. I wasn't too happy with Force Awakens double dipping. The film itself is great, the characters are interesting and the feel of the film fits right in with A New Hope

I am a HUGE Star Wars fan and I was apprehensive about this spin-off; knowing how the story progresses already. However, the way they are able to spin-off an existing storyline and almost make you forget the story even exists, is amazing.

Rogue One is one of the best movies to come out of the Star Wars franchise. It provides backstory and is able to stand alone. Despite having a somewhat predictable ending, the storytelling is so superb that it still leaves you breathless.

For the Star Wars geeks, it is an awesome lead in movie to the original Star Wars trilogy. To the Star Wars novice, this move is a great stand alone, in which having prior Star Wars knowledge is not necessary. Anyone can enjoy this film.

This steelbook is an absolute must have for collector's! The artwork on this blu-ray is amazing and the fact that it comes with a digital copy is also great! i will continue to buy steelbooks from Best Buy because of the amazing artwork.
