This is a fine addition to the star wars saga. The actors were chosen well and the acting, for unknowns (at least to me), was excellent. As usual the special effects were awesome! I especially liked that Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher were included. Their son, Ben, inspires more Star Wars movies which i look forward to. If you haven't seen it yet, PLEASE, see it now! You will not be disappointed.

As far as the product; nice Blu ray and iTunes digital copy to add to the collection. I do wish Disney would start selling Ultra 4K Discs but I understand its still a developing market. As far as the movie goes; I loved it! You do not need to be a huge Star Wars fans thats seen all the movies to understand this one. I'ts a pretty action packed, straight forward movie about an incredible mission.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is a fantastic movie that perfectly ties Episode's III and IV together. There's great chemistry between the characters and each character has charming features that draw in any true Star Wars fan. The writers and director took a big risk with the ending but it paid off perfectly. If you're in doubt of watching this film, give it a chance and you won't be disappointed!

Not only do you get a good price but you also get all the benefits that comes with the Blue Ray. You get the Blue Ray Disk, the Digital Copy, and you get the Disney Rewards as well. For those of you not familiar with it, its reward systems that allows you to get selected Disney Items for free. Oh, of course you get the Best Buy Rewards too. Get all this and a great movie. Nuff said right? LOL

It's Star Wars, that is usually enough but this time it's just better. They are finally willing to make them more mature and realistic. This movie is gritty and it's nice to see a story about the Rebels that doesn't involve Jedi. It even blurs the line between the Rebels and Empire is how they both do what is necessary to succeed. Just buy it and enjoy. We need more stories like this in Star Wars.

Rogue One is a great addition to the Star Wars universe. It also opens up a new dimension into spin offs of the story line. If you're at all familiar with the original episode (#4) you'll appreciate the small references and visual easter eggs in Rogue One. Some have criticized the CGI facial renditions, however, personally I think it really enhances the story line and bridges this episode with #4.

It seems like I buy all of my movies at Best Buy now. Not only do they price match bigger stores, they usually have a great deal on movies that are packaged exclusively for Best Buy. I don't have a 3-D player but not only do I get the DVD and the Blu-ray versions but the digital download is also included. Those are invaluable on the long family trips where we can download them to multiple devices.

I'll admit, I was pretty stoked for this to come out and did read some review on which was "the best rogue one" to get. The packaging actually does make it feel a little special when you open it up rather than the super cheap filmsy packaging on other movies. Haven't explored any of the Best Buy "exclusives" yet in special features, but definitely happy with my purchase. Solid price point also!

Action, adventure, and pathos without the typical Hollywood ending. Nicely constructed so that it plays seamlessly into "A New Hope." It makes for a terrific splinter off of the main story that reminds us that there is much more to the Empire and Rebellion than has been shown to us thus far. Rogue One opens the door for the countless other stories to be told, and I am looking forward to them all.

There's a reason it's "A Star wars Story." It ties together dangling plotlines and unanswered questions between the prequels and original trilogy. It's heavy in dialogue with less starfighters and jedis. That being said, I guarantee you'll want to watch it more than once. The visual effects are amazing as always, but the sound design isn't top shelf, which is a bit of a disappointment to me. Lucas championed the use of surround when it was in its infancy and created the THX standard. Disney, well, is Disney and usually spares no expense. If you're an audiophile like me, you'll find it slightly lacking. If you're a casual viewer, you may not even notice a difference. Either way, you won't lack enjoyment of this film.

Fans will love how this looks on 4k and is a must have.

As an original Star Wars fan who saw the first movie in 1977 in a beautiful Loew's theater (which is long gone). this series was part of my youth, and this movie actually got me emotional more than once. However, with the addition of a new large screen 4k TV with 3D the experience was awesome. 3D TVs may be history for now, but if you still have one and like this series/movie, get this version!

I bought this edition primarily so Incould get my hands on the 3D version. It did not disappoint in the least. The way this movie is shot and framed makes excellent use of the 3D to draw you into the picture. Standout sequences are the X-wing attack on the Imperial research center and of course the space battle at the end. I love 3D and if you enjoy it at all then this purchase is a no-brainer.

This is the first Star Wars standalone movie and it knocks it out of the ball park. This movie has a great story. And main characters that steal the show, such as android K-2SO. If you are a SW fan you have to see this. If not it is still a great introduction into the SW universe. The writing was great at interweaving this story into the prior movies with out actually stepping those movies.

Not only does this story fill in a few holes in the Star Wars saga, it brings a great story with loveable characters!! There are a few familiar faces to help link this story to the rest of the saga!! This story is wonderfully told and sticks to George Lucas's vision of what these stories mean to the fans, you will be thoroughly pleased with this rendition!! Get This Film, you won't regret it!!

Impressed with the effort and imagination. The story is a great connection to the original and the accomplishment of recognizing the importance of including Peter Cushing and Carrie Fisher and then executing it so well. Even Darth Vader's original costume was appreciated. A+. I love it when someone does it right.

By getting this movie I got best buy points, got the digital copy, and got 150 disney rewards! WOW...I know! This is an amazing adventure into the Star Wars world and it links The Revenge of the Sith (episode 3) and A New Hope (episode 4). The Disney and Lucus people are at their top game with this film. A must watch for all Star Wars fans. The movie arrived on time and was properly packaged.

I myself thought it was pretty good. Not as good perhaps as the force awakens. Then again it's my opinion. It's also part of a collection which I had to own. As for quality and sound, it was great. The 3d is nothing special,they could've done without it. Once again I bought in 3d cause I have a 3d tv. I just wished it was released in 4k format. I would recommend this movie to star wars fans.

The perfect prequel to Star Wars. A must have for any Star Wars afficiando The casting was great, and any SAW fan can follow the storyline. I can even see a newbie being able to pickup on the movie and finding it exciting. Disney is doing Digital right. The Digital Code once redeemed can be used on MANY platforms including Google Play, Amazon Video, Vudu, Disney Movie. Props to Disney.

I don't know what it is that these side stories do right from the main but whatever it is i hope they continue to do it. The characters and the story is just done completely right even though you kinda know the outcome if you're seen the original saga. (side note: when i first watched this movie, especially towards the end, Halo Reach kept coming to mind lol)
