Great movie. It helps if you know your Star Wars movies (particularly A New Hope) when you watch this movie, Rogue One. You will pick up on some things that lead you into the 'A New Hope' movie. This wasn't my personal favorite of the Star Wars movies, but it was another well done movie and I do recommend it.

This movie was great. I grew up watching the original series and was looking for the nastolgia from the Force Awakens but just it missed the mark. Rogue One hit the mark dead on. There were references and plenty of Easter eggs that delved deeper into the original series of movies. Very happy with my purchase.

I wouldn't call it the best Star Wars ever (as I've seen on some advertisements) but it served as a great prequel to Episode IV. The final scene with Darth Vader is EPIC--I've already jumped to the end several times just to replay that. If you somehow DIDN'T see it in the theater, you won't be disappointed...

This movie did a good job as a prequel to the original StarWars. You can watch this movie in order as released or show it first. As for the quality of the BlueRay, it is what you would expect. Nothing special or bad about it. Always best if you can purchase them on release week with any rewards you may have.

I've heard Rouge One referred to as Star Wars for adults. I completely agree and furthermore as much as I hate to say it, Disney buying Lucasfilm was probably the best thing that happened to the franchise. Even though there have only been 2 movies under the Disney banner thus far, they have been well done!

The characters are all amazing and they got me to care about every single one of them and that just gave the ending that much more impact. And the way it fit in seamlessly with the rest of the films just made it an amazing and heartbreaking and just awesome addition to the series. I am in love with this movie

The first two-thirds of Rogue One are fairly boring. The lead characters are reactive and pretty dull, the dialogue is trite, and the action is ponderous and slow. I was ready to give up on the film until the third act started and totally made up for the early failings. The space battle is beautifully depicted and genuinely thrilling. The tension that builds up to the very final moments of the film was fantastic. The third act alone puts this film is the top three or four Star Wars movies. If you've seen The Hallway Scene you know exactly what I'm talking about.

This was a very great looking film..Great color and contrast..High detail..especially when the death star fires on the planet..i would recommend it... Now my Star wars 4k collection is complete. I would also recommend the Star Wars Sky Walker Saga 4k

Directing is really good and the story line is refreshing. Audio is very good to excellent and the video work is nothing but fantastic. Computer Graphics are top rate and the story line flows really nice. Highly recommended. The 7.1 sound track is really outstanding. Recommended.

Call it "Episode 3-1/2", this falls in place before the original "A New Hope" movie that started the Star Wars craze. Fills in a lot of holes for the series, and like "Empire Strikes Back" (Episode 5), the ending is not all happy and joyful, and one of the darker series. Still a great movie to see.

Disney does a good job with Star Wars when its not involving Skywalkers directly.

Very good Star Wars movie. Great space battles and land battles. Love all the matching star wars releases with the black slip covers and art work. No special features but I don't care, I usually watch them once and never again anyway.

I did not see this movie in the theater so I was looking forward to getting it on blu-ray. I had no idea what I was missing, what a great movie! Just buy it, you won't regret it! I don't want to give away too much but I have to say the CGI is amazing! This movie is one of my favorites out of the series now.

The movie is phenomenal, not just from the standpoint of a Star Wars fanboy, like myself. My wife, who isn't a crazy Star Wars fan thoroughly enjoyed the movie as well. I am disappointed in the extra features offered, though. I'm assuming they will release another version at some point with more extras.

Rogue One is overall a good addition to the Star Wars universe. On the plus side it's entertaining, gritty at times and treats Vader like a proper villain again. On the minus side Forrest Whittaker's character is a totally useless waste of time and CGI Peter Cushing is creepy since he's been dead for years.

Contrary to the complaints I've read about this film, I was overwhelmed with joy at seeing it. It's as Star Wars as a movie can get, and it's definitely a terrific new story which has a purpose in the tales created for this universe. This is a movie for Star Wars fans by people who care about Star wars.

I'll admit to being a bit of a Star Wars fanatic so it comes as no surprise that I had to purchase this movie. I love the movie itself. The extras and packaging are just a bonus. If you have the rest of the collection you want to buy this. And if you don't have the rest this is an excellent place to start.

This movie is entertaining. If you are a Star Wars fan, you might know what the plot is about, but it's the details that are worth watching. There are lot of things that can be argued, related to the other films, but it's fun. You can relate to the characters and their stories. A must for Star Wars fans.

I loved this movie. Great tie in with the original Star Wars A New Hope and continuing off from the Revenge of The Sith, just a few years later. New characters that you can relate to and great effects that are more subtle than overblown. I would recommend this movie if you are a Star Wars fan.

I'm not sure if I'd classify myself as a Star Wars fan, I've seen the movies, but Rogue One definitely made me a fan of the characters and story. It didn't feel like the other movies and I liked that. I know it ties in with A New Hope but I feel like this one could stand on its own. It's such a good movie.
