Disk skips

Problem with discs
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This 4K movie would not play. Kept skipping and freezing. I returned it and the new one did the same thing. No other 4K movies skip while playing, only these 2. Interesting that 2 different purchases of the same movie skip and freeze. Must be a disc pressing or manufacturing issue.

Faulty Discs

Unfortunately this movie came with "special features" discs that don't have any audio. Tried it on three different systems all with updated player software and still no audio, only video.
