Rogue one is great Star Wars movie but it's not a episode it's a story which is in between 3 and 4 of the episodes and explain some plot holes like why the Death Star has a weak point and why it's so small and also tells the story on how the plans were found and taken by the rebellion.

This movie is, in my opinion, easily the best Star Wars movie since the original trilogy. The story is a creative solution to a plot hole that has long plagued Star Wars, the characters are interesting and well developed buy not over-thought, and it has a real original trilogy feel.

This is such a great movie. I'm not sure what they had to work with except the stealing of the Death Star plans, but this was amazing. Seeing storm troopers and walkers in a tropical setting was pretty cool as well. Everyone thinks of them in cold and snowy environments since Empire.....

I have been a long time Star Wars fan and was a little spectacle when Disney announced they will be doing side story movies. Rogue One is the first to kick these movies off and boy did it deliver. Such an amazing story to tell created from "rebel spies have captured the death star plans"

Rogue One takes place right before Star Wars A New Hope. The whole cast is phenomenal. We have another strong female lead and an amazing gang of good guys. We have a cheeky Droid of course! We also have a great bad guy! I would watch this before you let the little ones check it out.

As far as the new films go, I liked this one better than the Force Awakens, and a little bit less than the Last Jedi. I liked the attempt at shedding some light on the unsung heroes for once vs. The messianic Jedi characters. I thought Jynn Erso was refreshingly not your cookie cutter hero, but more of an Everyman, troubled soul sort choosing to do something for the greater good. Honestly I'd like to see more side stories like this. I'd recommend for fans of Star Wars looking for a fresh take on the universe.

Spent less than half of what I previously paid for a smaller, lower quality flat screen. I feel very fortunate to have found a 4D UHD for this price. I was not bothered by the open box, since the purchase proved to be in excellent shape and is a great improvement to my viewing pleasure.

Didn't go into this one with huge expectations but the kids and I thoroughly enjoyed. We are huge Star Wars fans and thought the story stood on it's own even though it was essentially a prequel to A New Hope. Loved the scenes toward the end of the movie especially the Darth Vader scene.

I have been a Star Wars fan since 1978, I saw Star Wars for night teen times in Chico, California. I always look forward to the new saga of Star Wars. This film is second to Star War four. I am glad I bought the film now I can watch this film as often as I want to. The price was great.

When I first heard about this movie I did not really get why it was being made. Why make a film outside of the Skywalker saga with all new characters? But after seeing it, it makes perfect sense. Plus, it is an amazing film. If you like Star Wars, you have to get this one. You have to.

Not only is this a solid prequel to the original series but it looks really good on 4K. Recommended!!

This movie takes place right before Star Wars: A New Hope. and it answers why the empire build such a large flaw in their ultimate weapon, the Death Star. They did used some, alright, CGI to bring back some characters, but the rest was great. This is a must have for any Star Wars fan.

Another Star Wars movie add to my collection. I really enjoyed this on as it had a darker feel to it than previous ones. The blu-ray picture and sound was rock solid. I'm a collector so I had to have the steel book version to add with all the previous version and I wasn't disappointed.

If you're a Star Wars fan or if this is the first of the Star Wars movies you see you'll enjoy it. The story covers the events right before the start of the original Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. An excellent story that blends drama, action and comedy next to great special effects.

This movie is going down in history as the last feature film with the fictional charter Princess Leia, Carrie Fisher as the General was exciting to watch and, she will be greatly missed in the upcoming trilogy of the Star Wars films yet to follow. May the 4 be with you, Carrie Fisher.

Rogue One is great addition to the Star Wars universe. The events of the film take place before A New Hope. A powerful weapon has been created by the Empire and an unlikely team is formed to capture the plans of the weapon to disable it. This is a must-watch for Star Wars fans.

Rogue one is truly one of the best Star Wars movies in the entire series. It's great as a standalone movie, but it also fleshes out the details of what happened between episode three and episode four. I won't spoil anything with my review but I will say that the movie is definitely worth buying. The reason this gets four stars instead of five is that the 3-D is abnormally dark. We have a theater set up at home with 100 inch screen and dozens of 3-D movies. This is by far the least watchable of all 3-D movies I own.

I know a lot of reviews stated it wasn't as good as other Star Wars, but I definitely loved it. It ties the trilogies together and has some inside looks to those main characters! I didn't want to reveal too much in this review, but if you are a Star Wars fan you should get this movie.

If you're a fan of Star Wars, you'll love this movie. It was beautifully done and could not be happier about my purchase! I love the characters and how they tied everything leading up to the New Hope. The Darth Vader scene (you'll know what I mean when you watch it!) if unforgettable!
