I love the film, but that aside, the packaging is solid and appealing. There is disc art (not always provided these days)! The Blu Rays come stacked on top of eachother in a single fitting, which I don't prefer, but it's okay. The DVD copy sits on it's own.

Loved the movie when it came out in the theater, loved it even more at home. DIsney really did it right this time around giving us tons of extras AND 3D all in the initial steelbook release unlike The Force Awakens from last year. Good job, highly recommended!!

I bought this movie day one after seeing it in the theaters. I can say that the DTS MA soundtrack is truly reference material. If you have a 3D capable set it is very well done. The regular bluray pic also looks great. Highly recommended for fans of the genre.

As a child in the 70s, I grew up with the Star Wars franchise. This movie was good but it still left many unanswered questions. Overall this movie is suitable for families with young children. Some adult content.

The Best Buy Exclusive Star Wars Rogue One Steelbook is a good attempt at a Star Wars Steel, but falls short in a few ways. Good: -The embossed front logo -The inclusion of bonus features and 3D -A nice break from the character closeups of all previous Star Wars steels Bad: -Slightly odd front and back cover art -The spine sticks out from the other Star Wars steels I'd recommend if you're a big fan of steel books, but if not the normal release may be better for you.

This movie is a solid addition to any Star Wars collection. Be forewarned, it is a back story to episode IV. With that being said, it fills in a lot of questions and plot holes while presenting itself in a new yet nostalgic way. The movie overall is great but the pacing isn't to be compared to other Star Wars films. However the last act and final scene is worth the price of the movie altogether. All in all its not the best SW movie, but I'd place it in my top 3 from the franchise.

Rogue One is an excellent edition to the Star Wars movies! It is the back story to the very first Star Wars movie but stands strongly on its own. Full of exciting and fast paced action scenes and strong characters. Great addition to your home movie library.

Just recently bought the Sony Bravia 75in tv. We followed that up with a Bose surround sound system. Needless to say that was money well spent. Now to start adding action movies to my library and replacing older movies with BluRay! The movie was spectacular!!!

Even though this isn't an episode of star wars, it's probably the best star wars movie especially since it sets up the episode 4. It shows the potential awesomeness of Vader and hopefully this will be the first of many other "prequels" to the original trilogy.

Although this is considered a stand alone movie, this could easily be squeezed into the main Star Wars movie franchise. It explains everything that happened right before and leading up to "A New Hope". A great addition to the best sci-fi franchise of all time.

Very good story to shed on how the Rebels got the plans to the Death Star and the sacrifices made. Also sheds light on why it was easy to destroy. The Darth Vader scenes, that made the movie. I really liked how the movie lead to the beginning of "A New Hope."

Great story that has the look and feel of the original trilogy without rehashing the narrative (that's right, I'm looking at you Force Awakens). Lots of action with a fast paced incredible ending that will keep you on the edge even though you know the ending.

What can I say it's the telling of the story of how the rebels got the plans to the Death Star and it's an awesome story at that I think it's my very favorite Star Wars episode

This is what I was expecting when the movie came out on home video 3 years ago, but I guess Disney didn't take the full plunge yet on UHD. The video/audio presentation is exceptional. Truly a flawless release.

Love Love Love the Steel Book! Absolutely Stunning. Got it for my boyfriend as an early birthday gift without realizing how popular and high in demand this edition would become. If you are a big Star Wars fan, this edition is a MUST to add to your collection.

Different from other Star Wars movies so it's a movie you can confidently recommend to people who don't like other Star Wars movies to have a look at this one. To people who like Star Wars it fills in a lot of gaps that has existed across the whole storyline.

So, I thought about streaming this movie, but decided the blu-ray is a little more versatile. This is a great prequel to New Hope. As a matter of fact, have that movie ready to plug in immediate after Rogue One. Amazing how they tied it directly to episode 3!

In this day and age of streaming videos, there are some that I still want to have a disc. This is one of them. It has all the video quality you would expect from a Blu-Ray however there were several spots where the Blu-Ray froze. Now I'm not attributing this to the disc as I may not have kept up to date with my players updates. Since it is a 4K 3D player I would have thought it was up to date but maybe not. Overall, great movie and the bonus material is actually worth watching!

I loved this movie. In a New Hope, when they said many rebels died for the Death Star plans, it gave new meaning to those words. Seeing the sacrifices made by the rebels made you feel sympathy for the rebels, but excitement that the sacrifice was not in vain.

Arguably, this might be the best Star Wars movie out there. One character was the most "Jedi" character in all of the movies...and he wasn't a Jedi! A thoroughly enjoyable ride and a shocking, but effective, deviation from what audiences have come to expect.
