Enjoying the Roku. It was easy to install and we alreeady had netflix, hulu, hbogo and wwenetwork. Its much better than trying to use the laptop and share it.

Very easy to use and set up I would recommend this to friends or family I did research on several items and this was the one that was the most user friendly.

Roku's are by far my favorite streaming device (and trust me, I've tried them all). Easy to use, loads quickly, and the layout is appealing to the eye.

This device is a breeze to set up and use. It's small and almost invisible. And it has opened up a whole new world of viewing for us. It's also very convenient as it has a remote control, so I don't have to use my laptop or cellphone to control it. I'm just about ready to cut the chord and save the over $100 a month of cable charges. I would recommend that to everyone!

It is a great product for someone that is not used to newer electronics. Bought it for my mother in law and she loves it. It has been easy for her to use.

I have a tv that does not have a HDMI connection. This device works fine.

The Roku has a great picture quality and I am using it on an old TV (not an hdmi) cannot tell that you are streaming. Just like watching straight from cable.

Exactly what I was looking for! Perfect substitution for cable! I listen to pandora on there, as well as watch movies and tv shows! Very easy to use!

I was in the position of getting a new TV set up after moving and decided after having previously used the more complicated and bulky cable and satellite options to try one of the modern devices like Roku. I have had it a month now and am quite pleased with the quality of the streaming image and sound, and with the choice of free channels, some of which I have yet to get into, available without incurring the added monthly cost of a subscription. The Roku I got on sale was also a really good value, at a net cost of $35 after using up my Pay Pal credit.

Roku setup was easy and intuitive. I love being able to choose what I want to see without having to pay for hundreds of channels I never watch.

This device is incredible! Easy to operate and provides so much programming via the streaming internet. This purchase is a must for everyone!

Nothing to complain about. Using the roku to link slingbox, netflix, hbo, etc. The roku works as advertised without any issues during setup.

Device has been very effective mostly used for my children seeing as a lot of the tv shows they enjoy I can access through all of the apps

I've had the Roku 1 for almost 2 years now and have been extremely satisfied. It is fast to boot up, very responsive to selections and streams at high quality. My only complaint is that the navigation is limited to the "picture based" style. I'd much prefer to be able to switch to a text based navigation to allow me to get through the large selection faster and more efficiently. While I don't necessarily believe this is all a Roku problem (the app developers need to get on board), I'd like to see Roku push for this feature.

Before I bought this my daughter was using the xbox 360 to watch Netflix. This seems much simpler and doesn't have any problems streaming.
