Even though this is the Roku 1, I found it to be very responsive and quick.

Good for everyday use to stream tv shows or movies. Best and cheapest option for an older tv model with no usb port.

This is the second Roku box that I've bought ... the fist one for me; and this one is for my parents. It's easy to use, and the RF control is great ... packed with easy-to-use features like plugging a set of ear buds into it so you don't disturb your spouse/partner while watching a video on Netflix.

This is a great product and worth the price. For around $50 you get a great selection of channels. It takes less than 10 minutes from unboxing to watching. It doesn't include an hdmi cable. I purchased mine from another well-known online retailer. Best buy charges way to much for these cables. Overall a great little unit!

Very easy to use.my eight yr old would watch netflex all day if we let her she can operate it with ease. Very used by wife to catch up on all her shows and up with her friends

This is not the fastest Roku, I now own the Roku1, 2 and 3, if you need something fast, definitely do not get this one, go with the Roku3 or 4 instead, however this device works ok, just remember it IS slow, however all apps work, if you have an old TV with no HDMI port this is the one for you too.

Great little device. Strong features, slightly slow to load. Netflix and other apps work just fine, they are just slower than other versions out there (on the web, on my playstation, etc. Good bang for the buck if you need a quick way to add Netflix and Hulu to a TV with no other way to stream.

The Roku 1 is a great device for streaming on older tv's. It has the RCA jacks that those tvs need and when you want to move the Roku to another more current tv you can since it can also work with tvs that use HDMI. Granted the processor isn't as fast as the Roku 3 or 4 but it gets the job done.

Lots of television and streaming options! It might be worth getting the Roku 2 or 3 for faster performance.

Product is exactly what it was expected to be. It has a very simple interface and is easy to use for tech rookies. Setup was very difficult as it had trouble connecting to my WiFi. Found some info online with info to fix it but it took a while. Wasted a good 3-4 hours on setup. Since then, haven't had an issue at all.

I love my Roku streaming player. There so much you see and do with it.

It has a firefox app but requires another device to use the firefox. I do not have the right Tablet to use it and it sounded pretty complicated anyway. It is fine for Netflix and Amazon Prime. It has RCA plugs so it works with older TVs.

I get to watch things that I've never heard of...I would suggest this.

This Roku works pretty good. The only downfall is that it's a little slow. Otherwise, not bad for them money.

The roku does what I expected. Our wireless is not great and the roku does a good job of staying connected.

Very good basic streamer. Good HD. Good price. No direct audio out put the still not bad for the price.
