    We purchased the Roku player so that we could access Netflix, HBOgo and Youtube. Getting Netflix is great and it is very easy to use. But, we cannot use Youtube or HBOgo. Unfortunately, HBOgo does not work on Roku if you have Comcast Cable. I think I would have done much more research and not relied on just Roku's webpage for information.

    The sales clerk said it would work but it is to costly to use with the Verizon Hot Spot which is what i use for internet service. I was told after that I would use way to much time to watch movies. Guess I should have researched more, it is not the Products fault.

    After reading the reviews, I was excited to purchase this product. It came with very little instructions, other than how to install the unit . What I discovered is that if you wish to use your Roku for a paid service such as Netflix or Hulu, it's quick and easy. However, if you wish to explore all the free sites, it can take you a very LONG time. You can place selected channels into a queue to make going back easier. If you are still using a cable subscription, you can use channels thru the Roku. However, you have to have a mobile device by your side to go to a website to activate this....EACH Time!!! What a pain! Finally, with all the tv shows that have been on over the past 40 yrs or so, the selections available on the free sights such as Crackle are disappointing to say the least. I have actually uninstalled it for now....
