    There are so many devices out there, but $$, and options made this my choice. Do not regret it at all and allowed me to finally cut the cable.

    We previously have a Roku on another TV, this is a model was newer but still has the same ease of use, we are very pleased with the product.

    I tried using this item on my brand new tv and it didn't work. I contacted their customer service and still couldn't get it to work. Wasted about 2 hours with their slow customer service. This has nothing to do with Best Buy the salesman that helped me was awesome but this product was a piece of junk.

    I would recommend the Amazon Fire TV. This was slow and not as user friendly. Amazon Fire TV is much better . I returned this for The Amazon Fire TV.

    I wished there was an ability to turn the box off. There is no way without unplugging the box. In addition, it cannot support any tv below 1080i
