Best buy warranty also expires the first time unit is replaced so my $20 4 year coverage is gone. If they told me this I would have tried harder to send to Roku. Roku would not answer emails or chat to get RMA number so I lost my best buy coverage.

Easy to set up

Since there were no instructions in the box, except how to hook it up, I don't know what some of the buttons are for. I couldn't figure out how to find the movies that I wanted to watch. Also sometimes things would come up on the screen that I couldn't get rid of.

Awful

Pay for Netflix, pay for HBO, pay for Nickelodeon, etc etc. u must pay monthly for everything individually plus $12/month for the Roku itself. I would return it and get rid of it if i could just get my money back. Not worth it
