Roku 2 was a big improvement for us over the Apple TV. Very quick and easy to use.

Very easy to setup, very intuitive user interface when using. Box has small footprint, easy to fit next to tv and cable box.

I bought this Roku 2 mainly to stream my favorite Netflix TV shows and movies. My DVD player also streams but the "buffering" makes it unbearable. Thanks Roku!

Love this unit. It is a great alternative to the Apple TV. The item was in stiock and shipped right away. Had it in 2 days. Was a Christmas present for my wife.

I did not previously know about the Roku but I am so glad I found out about it as now we are able to get so many more channels. Especially being able to get Christian channels without having to get cable . Great product!

The only reason I'm not doing 5 stars is because some of my favorite channels can't be added. This is a great option but as soon as I get a smart TV it will be irrelevant.

Great way to save from the horrific cable bills specially when you're hardly home .... This is just perfect for us

I use this mostly for the PLEX app. It has some flaws with the PLEX app, but I haven't had any issues with it playing any video format from my media server.

Works as advertised, able to stream flawlessly. Another plus is the time warner app which allows you to eliminate the extra boxes and thus the monthly charges.

I really love this product. Many of the channels, say free but then it requires you to enter your cable login information. So to those who have no cable it is not free. Other than that everything works amazing, love it.

I like it a whole lot more than the Apple TV. Even the remote is nicer. I read about it before purchasing it and everything that was said about it is true.

Fantastic so many choices. I enjoy watching HULU for $8 a month. WOW. Uverse was $120 a month. I bought a 50 inch TV with my savings in 3 months. Enjoy it.

We bought a second one because we love the it so much. We use it every night to watch Netflix and Sling tv. Cheaper than buying a smart TV.

It is small. and easy to work. The re moat is small hope I do not lose it.

Roku 2 is great for streaming. I have apps on Apple TV and Samsung TV's, but the Roku 2 streams quickly and doesn't lose it's signal like the other 2.

I bought the roku for my mother and she loves it. It's a very simple device to use with plenty of apps for everybody and I would definitely recommend this.

Great product for anyone interested in firing their cable/satellite company. Quick and simple to set up. Amazing lineup of apps. I was a thinking of cutting the cord for a few years but every the decision was put on hold because of my love of sports. With roku having access to the sling tv app my concerns were gone. Netflix/Hulu/SlingTV on a roku is the winning combination.

Second Roku device for household. Not pleased with the remote but was able to switch it with my other roku remote so I could use it with earphones at night

I was tired of paying the high price for cable and thought I would check this out. I love it so much that I bought another one for my bedroom tv as well

I think it should have been better , still it does its work but after a month i feel it has become slow , many times i have to restart/reset it. Though it has screen cast option but it doesn't work properly (connection,quality issues). It has USB slot for playing movies via USB but I feel some problems with file format specially mkv (which is very common now days) some time audio is not supported etc..
