    ROkU is a great way to stream tv channels. Combined with subscription services such as sling tv or Netflix or Amazon as well as others it is a quality way to get a good array of tv options with a big savings over cable or satellite tv. I switched from direct tv and I love it.

    Our roku is by far the best investment we ever made, It brings a cable like experience to your TV without the cost or hassle. This is a great box for cord cutters when paired with netflix, sling, and hulu.

    I got Roku (along with HDTV antenna) to get away from cable TV and so far I am very happy. Easy to set up and use. Lot's of free channels. Even works 10X better than watching NetFlix through the DVD player.

    This is way faster than the old roku 2. The speed increase is quite nice and the only difference between it and the 3 is that the remote don't have the earbud capability. Overall a great little player!

    They used to have a more responsive remote, and they used to come with a headphone jack on the remote to redirect audio to the headphones. It's still a roku, though, and it's a smoother experience than the apps on most budget and mid-tier smart TVs.

    It took two calls to tech support to get it to initialize. But once it was working it is easy to use. And the search will tell you when a particular program appears on however many stations are showing it.
