I kept having internet problems in my bedroom, even with a wifi blu ray player. I've had it almost a week and my tv hasn't dropped or frozen once! The ordering process was a nightmare, but I'm really glad I stuck it out and had the retail store fix the overcharge.

Better than chromecast?

Cost about the same as the Microsoft wireless adapter which only does screen mirroring, though the Roku 2 obviously is a different product and has a world more to offer. I genuinely enjoy mine as it saved me several hundred dollars from investing into a smart tv.
