We really do enjoy the Roku and the options it offers. It's not as convenient as cable because you have to switch from one app to the other to view different channels. But I am willing to suffer through in order to save a couple hundred bucks.

The jury is still out on this product. Purchased to delete cable costs.. Many cable programs are available but an antenna must be purchased to receive local news stations. All purchased products should provide a break even cost in 3.5 months.

My family has thoroughly enjoyed this Roku. It works well & seems reliable. Only downfall is that it does slow down other devices using wifi but that issue was easily resolved with the purchase of an updated router. Good addition to our home.

Good tool especially for tv's that you have in rooms without cable boxes. Gives you access to other alternatives besides snowy stations and lack of contact with good programming

Love how simple and easy the Roku2 is. My parents aren't high tech savvy folks, but the roku allows them to stream channels without any fuss. Loved it so much, we purchased two.

Seeing a lot more now than we have for the last 5 years. The grand kids are showing us something new every time they come over and they also watch all their programs too.

While Roku 2 has nice updates and offers more features than Roku XS, the remote for Roku 2 has limited range. My old Roku XS could be used from any location in the room, but my new Roku 2 remote must be pointed directly at the player.

The Roku is an outstanding device and has every major app I want. Being able to stream Sling TV is a huge bonus. For anyone considering cutting cable this device is perfect.

Got this one as a replacement to my roku stick.very good compared to Roku stick.so far so good it fits my need unlike the roku streaming stick this doesnt seem to have remote pairing issues. The quality is good.setup was breeze.

I went back to ROKU and decided to upgrade from another streaming device. I am very happy with my purchase. We have two Roku units in our house and truly enjoy them.

We purchased a Roku 3 last year that was very nice, but had some features we never used/needed. So when it came time for a new one, we went straight for the Roku 2.

Went into the store looking for a wifi bluray player to be able to watch Netflix, Hulu, and HBO. The sales guy recommended Roku, so I got it, and I'm so happy I did!

Roku's format makes it easy to find what I want to watch no matter the source! Integrates perfectly with my home NAS.

Got rid of cable. Charter was switching some of its basic channels to a package that you would have to pay more. But the monthly bill Did not go down. I am stuck with CNN the only news source but can fire up the ol laptop

Have an extra TV that I don't have a service on right now, this Roku player is perfect for that. So easy to set up - enter your Wifi info and you are ready to go.

Prefer roku to direct tv, its what cable should be , pick snd choose and only pay for the channels or movies you want to watch ,very satisfied with my purchase.

We are working on breaking free from satellite television. It's so expensive. We watched Roku content all weekend. Well worth the price. I hight recommend it.

I purchased this for a second TV. It was simple to hook up and easy to program via my computer. It does what it's supposed to do and I'm very pleased with it.

Without doubt Roku is best in class. I have them all, Chromecast, Apple TV... The preferred device at home is Roku.
