I would have preferred one base and not two legs, but I got it to work. Volume control is a little awkward at times, but it is okay.

So when our 24” Visio started having issues, switching to the new Roku offering was a no-brainer…or so we thought. I was happy that the engineers at Roku were wise enough to keep all ports and inputs away from where you would want to use a mount. But once installed, we were surprised to find that the TV’s built-in Roku OS lags and is much slower to respond than the Roku stick that was once in the Visio and is much slower than the built-in Roku OS in our living room’s TCL. Also, since it’s a kitchen TV, I was hoping to a TV that looked good at more extreme viewing angles like the Visio did. Defininately not the case. Side viewing is exceptionally washed out.

First, check for the latest update under your Settings menu to ensure that you are on the newest software version. Once updated, be sure to restart your device.
You may want to double-check your signal strength as well as network connectivity can cause some of the issues you described. On your Roku, go to Settings > Network > Check connection. This will test the quality of the signal and also measure the speed of that connection, to be sure that your signal is strong enough. Roko speakers are horrible

Without a doubt, it has the very worst speakers they could find. It rattles even with the bass off, and has a very tiny sound. It is in the garbage can now. I bought an Insignia 24 inch to replace the Roku and it sounds great. If you Google Roko Tv's, you will see nothing but complaints on the sound quality. It is hard to imagine that they would put such cheap speakers in their tvs.

Takes a while to power up into main menu. Response to remote is very poor and must hot the volume buttons HARD and repeatedly for the tv to respond to remote control commands. The TABLO app (if you use Tablo) crashes a lot and not only on this tV but on every Roku based TV I have used. The internal speakers are very good. Botton line, a fairly good, low-cost low-end Roku tv for the kids or the office or bedroom. Needs a much stronger internal processor.

You can tell the resolution is 720, but it works for me.

There are no other Roku TVs in the 24” category, so the end user must accept 720p for this form factor.

Huge Piece Of Junk In A Small Package

Seriously though, this tv is a piece of garbage. Half the time it won't play videos when all of my other roku equipment will play the same videos. The response time is abysmal. Sometimes it takes several seconds for it to register a button push, sometimes it doesn't register a button push at all. No problems on any of my other Roku devices. This the only Roku brand smart tv in the house. All the other tvs have the stick, and they work just fine. I'll never buy another Roku TV again. A huge waste of money.
