Roku operating system is the most user friendly. We took a chance on an open box and it was indeed in excellent condition and we couldn’t tell if it had even been taken out of the box.

I bought it for its smart tv capablities to hopefully cast copies of sheet music to the tv, so I can see to play the music on guitar. Setup was easy and the price was great too! Best Buy is my go-to source for electronic products!

Volume control on remote does not work well.

And no volume control at all when there are ads running. Checked online reviews and apparently it is a common problem. Now will need to find a compatible remote to replace roku remote,

Picture looks fine to me, sound is fine, I couldn’t be happier. I’m impressed with Roku products. Easy pickup at Best Buy.

My only complaint is that. The sound control on the remote is not very responsive. Takes some patience to adjust the volume.

The remote is not very responsive, especially the side buttons (for volume); I have to hold the button for up to 3 seconds to get a response. I also miss a "previous channel" button for live tv.
