I think the product is likely a good product. I just haven't been able to get mine set up properly. Right now, I can't even use my smart TV as I've messed it all up. I think it would be a plus if professional installation was offered as far as understanding the wiring and network issues

Roku and Apple tv both have their strengths, Roku has games, though.

Bought this version as a replacement to my cable box. Definitely worth it. Really like the RF controller so you can use it without have direct line to the receiver.

It was super super easy set up. This is all I use for the tv in my room. I also bought my tv at best buy. Love the Roku.

The unit was easy to install. Spent a lot of time picking channels.

I'm new with the internet tv issues, but with Roku I found is very easy and convenient to use technology for the free time, and hang out in family in front of tv.

This unit was an additional Roku since my wife liked the first.

It´s a good item, but in Mexico is not as easy to use as in the US.

Bought as a gift for a parent with less than great technical skills. Everything is very intuitive and user friendly. No problems navigating or using the device. Great for use on non-smart TVs. Great for cord cutting!

I bought this because i thought i thought it was gonna be better then signing up for dish or any tv service. Yes it does have alot of apps for different places to watch shows on but u still have to pay a fee to watch things off HBO, SHOWTIME, CBS etc. Kinda frustrating but oh well.

Roku is so easy to hook up and provides the best and most options to viewers-- so many services all in one convenient place. I absolutely recommend this product.

I like the Roku because they just make a great streaming player. They don't pick sides. AppleTV and Amazon Prime need to learn how to get along.

I replaced our Dish receiver with this neat little device. It's pretty cool and works really slick. Allows you to add smart tv features to TVS that aren't so smart.

Needed to stream Vudu and Amazon from a room where Vizio tv wouldn't work. The Vizio requires file sharing to be shut off but with roku streaming fast and easy.

Does a great job of streaming Hulu, Netflix, etc.. We did have a little trouble with the movies we tried to stream through Google but other than that it has worked fine. When the unit is updating it acts a little weird. Apps won't show up or you can't get the channel you want to load. Just go to settings, click on updates and download the updates and it will work fine. I don't recall seeing anything in the instructions about this and I thought my unit may have been defective but once I figured it out everything was ok. ROKU should do a better job of informing the consumer of this.

I love this box. It's easy to set up, so easy to use, just plug and play. Wish I had bought more. Next year for sure, Christmas presents for the whole family.

I purchased this product to basically take the place of cable. It works perfectly and I'm able to access Various accounts such as Netflix, Hulu etc. no problem
