easy to install, easy to navigate.... i would recommend the Roku 3 to anybody

I have owned Sony TV's since 1978 and never had a repair problem. I've owned the "top of the line" models and my l978 19" TV is still being used by my great-niece. My latest edition is Sony's 79" and it is my best one. The picture is outstanding and the sound is a huge leap forward. My sisters now call my living room the "drive-in theatre". Everyone has a front-row seat and the picture is immersive. While more expensive, the TV is a rewarding experience with no regrets.

We were skeptical about the device and what it could do. Easy to set up and works well for Netflix and other sites.

The Roku 3 is the best streaming player on the market right now. We have an Apple TV and a Roku Streaming stick in our house now, and the Roku 3 beats both of them handily. Roku > Apple TV on content (no amazon instant video), and the Roku 3 is fast enough to warrant the extra cost over the streaming stick.

Easy setup, easy to use. Absolutely love it! Buying 2 more for the house, 1 my daughter can take with to college.

Works great!! Easy to hook up and use. Much better than buying a new TV to access Netflix and other choices.

It's a good buy if you want streaming service. There are other devices available that clearly offer the same functionality, if not more, but you have to ready to set them up. I bought this for my family; they're the "take it out of the box and make it work" kind of people, and that's okay. I essentially got it so they could have instant gratification. It's a good device, but you could find another that does a lot more if you're willing to commit to the set up time.

I like the Roku, it is easy to use, easy to set up. I would recommend it for anyone that uses internet streaming to watch Hulu, netflix or like programs.

I usually streamed using PS3, but Roku 3 has replaced it. This streamer is much faster and never buffers.

fast processor, 1000's of channels, a lot of them for free or for a minimum fee, don't need cable if you want to save money. Beats paying cable fees. Nice headphones if you don't want to disturb your partner in the bedroom. Nice voice search to search for movies. USB port is a nice addition to watch movies, picture's on your USB drive or portable hard drive.

This version of the Roku 3 includes voice search and some added buttons to the remote. I like both features, especially the Netflix button. Also, the headphones seem to be of above average quality, although I haven't used them for more than a minute to try them out. The voice search is more accurate than other voice search functions I've used on other devices. I like way that Roku lets me customize the order of my channels on the home page. That comes in handy. And, you can buy an app for your phone to use it to control the Roku, rather than the remote control. That comes in handy when you need to do a lot of typing. One complaint is that there aren't more free network TV channels on there, although ESPN and NFL have two great free channels. While I mostly bought this product for Netflix and Plex, I found myself enjoying other channels like NFL Now, Pandora, ESPN, and YouTube. The only other negative I can think of at the moment is the fact that the there are few SD cards available that wlll work with this product. But, unless you're going to play games you probably won't need it anyway. You can buy a SD card from the Roku site that is supposed to work with it, but I didn't buy it yet. I highly recommend this product for those who don't currently own a Roku.

This is my 3rd streaming device and the best one so far! I had a blue ray player that streamed(not well) and an Apple TV(also awesome). But the Roku 3 streams very smooth and has so many choices for channels it's amazing. The remote has the ability to search from your speech and works very good!

Worked straight out of the box. Has a great selection of streaming options and channels. Setup was easy.

I have been very pleased with the Roku 3. This is the first Roku I have owned, but I have had an Amazon FireTV and a Apple TV 2. After using it for a few days, I definitely prefer the Roku. The menu is clean, and the player itself is very responsive when moving through different channels and menus. Playback is perfect on a wireless connection. I also like that the remote can control the player without having to point directly at it.

I bought the Roku to replace one of my Time Warner Cable boxes and give us more streaming options. It works great. The remote is a bit different than than a traditional remote but once we learned how to use it, we really like it's simplicity, ease of use and ability to quickly access the channels you recently have watched. The design makes it easy to use in a dark room and it works under the covers. We highly recommend this product.

I finally dumped my DIRECTV last month after many years of nothing but higher bills. This Roku streamer works fantastic, and for only $25.00 a month, I have all the channels which me and my wife enjoy watching! This is a great invention, works fantastic all the time! If your looking to cancel your cable or DIRECTV and save $60.00 or more a month, then just buy this Roku video streaming device and you too, will be very happy as I am.

Roku 3 is everything I hoped it would be. Easy set up, loads of channel options, and fast surfing.

Fast processor (we do have very fast internet). Remote is easy to use and convenient. Easy to install and set up. Voice activated search that some people may like, although I don't have the patience for it. I do like the headphones that connect into the remote to allow for private listening. Just have to make certain the headphones are plugged correctly into the jack or will still get external sound. Also works with your own headphones I am told. Makes my "not smart" TV become "smart" and I am told with better updates and maintenance than the smart TVs. Time will tell on that. For now, love the speed and convenience.
